  3. LUX Declutter Kickstart

  4. LUX VIP 1:1 Consultations

  5. Any workshops, downloads, templates, guides, or digital content

  6. Any services delivered via Kajabi or associated platforms

3. Account Access & Course Delivery

  • Course access is provided digitally via our learning platform (e.g. Kajabi).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methods (including the LUX Method), videos, text, downloads, and resources are the intellectual property of LUX RESET.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or adapt any materials

  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

Personal use only is permitted.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment (or agreed payment plan) is required before access is granted.

  • You authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds (if offered) are clearly stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Digital products and courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • VIP 1:1 Consultations may have specific cancellation or rescheduling terms outlined at booking.

7. No Guarantees or Outcomes

We provide educational tools, frameworks, and guidance based on professional experience.

However:

  • Results vary depending on personal circumstances, effort, time, and implementation
